With the new year upon us, we all tend to be bit by an extra cleaning bug. We tidy up our homes, pack away holiday decorations, move around the kids’ rooms, and so forth. One other area deserving of some TLC is your beloved vessel that gets you around Indian River County as you run any assortment of errands:
-Tidy up-go through your vehicle and clean out any lingering trash, excess toys, or materials you used to tote the family around during the busy holiday season.
-Organize how you travel-once the car is cleaned out of debris; decide on how to make the best use of keeping it that way. Perhaps check out individual bins or sectional items to sort things. Keep the DVDs and remote in one part, emergency snacks in another, and maps and other travel tools in one known place.
-Stop by your local automotive shop and get those couple of services needing to be done completed. Holiday chaos is subsided, no reason you shouldn’t be caught up on car care maintenance.
